It’s that time of year again. We’re flooded with questions from our family, friends and coworkers asking, “Are you ready?” They want to know if we are ready for the endless list of activities, events, social gatherings, shopping extravaganzas, meal preparations, kids’ holiday parties, and volunteer opportunities that come with the holiday season. They want to know if we are ready for that moment when we all gather around our Thanksgiving tables or our Christmas trees and we’re able to sit back and reflect on our hard work and preparation and claim – it is good.
Even for those who love this season, it can be an exhausting and anxiety-producing question. So, is there a way to engage in the holidays differently?
